Unsure Yet Curious — That’s How Real Growth Begins. The Fathering Journey 101 Program.

Over the past two Sunday mornings, The Foundry buzzed with something special — a room full of fathers choosing to invest in themselves and their families. Not with grand speeches or complicated theories, but with honest conversations, real stories, and meaningful reflection.

These men showed up.They listened, shared, laughed, and even challenged themselves to rethink what it means to be a father today.

And we could feel it — a shift happening in the room.A sense of purpose.A renewed commitment to being present, consistent, and nurturing.

Celebrating Our Fathers Who Completed FJ101

From first-time young dads to seasoned fathers and even grandfathers — every participant brought courage, humility, and heart into the space.

Over two sessions, they explored:

  • How their own upbringing shaped the way they father

  • What their children really need from them

  • How to be more intentional, more emotionally present, and more connected

  • Simple, practical steps to strengthen the bond at home

Some fathers described the journey as “eye-opening”, others said it felt like “finally understanding the missing puzzle piece”.All of them walked away with something stronger — clarity, confidence, and community.

We honour each father who committed their Sunday mornings to rediscover what it means to lead with love.

Why This Matters

When fathers grow, families shift.Children feel safer.Marriages strengthen.Homes become places of trust, not tension.

Fathering Journey 101 is not just another workshop. It’s a turning point.

A father’s willingness to improve himself today becomes the story his children will remember tomorrow.
