A Heartwarming BapaHebatSG Hari Raya Gathering 2026.

On a warm Sunday afternoon, 12 April, BapaHebatSG brought together our community for a meaningful Hari Raya celebration titled “Fathers, Families & Friends — Together for Raya.”

Held at Majestic Hall, Lagun Sari, the gathering welcomed more than 60 participants — a vibrant mix of fathers, volunteers, their families, children, advisors, partners, and supporters.

It was more than just a Raya open house. It was a reflection of what we have been building together — a community grounded in fatherhood, brotherhood, and shared purpose.

🤝 A Gathering of Community and Connection

From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Families were welcomed, conversations flowed easily, and children brought life and energy into the space.

Over lunch, fathers connected not just as individuals, but as part of a growing movement — one that believes in being present, intentional, and committed in their roles at home.

🎤 A Programme Filled with Meaning and Joy

The programme segment, hosted by Arif Tan and Hadi Salleh, brought structure, energy, and plenty of laughter to the afternoon.

We were honoured to have Dr. Shamsuri Juhari deliver the opening speech, setting the tone with reflections on community, responsibility, and the importance of fatherhood in today’s world.

The session that followed was intentionally designed to be engaging and participative:

Ice-breakers that helped fathers and families get to know one another
Games and activities that brought out laughter and friendly competition
The lively “BapaHebat Got Talent” segment, where both prepared and spontaneous performances created memorable moments
A closing Raya song that brought everyone together in a shared spirit of celebration

🏅 Recognising the Journey

A key highlight of the event was the Certificates & Awards Presentation.

We took time to honour:

Our advisors, who have journeyed with BapaHebatSG since the early days, offering guidance, wisdom, and steady support
Our volunteers, especially those who have committed 3 years of service, contributing their time and heart to strengthening fathers and families.

These moments of appreciation were deeply meaningful — reminding us that behind every programme and initiative are individuals who quietly and consistently give.
